Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, but they are not currently available online. If you’d like to purchase a gift voucher, please get in touch with Love My Beads by clicking here.

Do you accept cheque or money order?

Unfortunately we do not accept any personal cheques, traveller’s cheques or money orders. Our preferred payment method is PayPal, but we also accept EFT payments from Australian customers only.

Do you accept international shipments?

Yes we do - please contact us directly to place your order. International shipments are sent via Australian Air Express.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, we can only ship to one address per order.

When will my parcel arrive?

Delivery of standard products to most addresses in Australia takes 3-7 business days.

Delivery of standard products to WA country, far North QLD and most of NT (excluding Alice Springs and Darwin) takes 7-10 business days.
