Love My Beads delivers Australia-wide, including country areas.

For most addresses in Australia, delivery time for standard products is 3-7 business days.

For addresses in WA country, Far North QLD and most of NT (excluding Alice Springs and Darwin), delivery time for standard products is 7-10 business days.

We want you to be completely happy with your Love My Beads purchase, so if you’re not, we will gladly exchange it for another Love My Beads product, or provide you with a full refund.

Exchange

Necklaces and bracelets

Unworn necklaces or bracelets may be exchanged by posting the item(s) back with your returns/exchange formand proof of purchase, within 14 days of you receiving the item(s).

In the event that your product is lost in transit, Love My Beads will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns by Insured Registered Post.

Earrings

If you have changed your mind after purchasing a pair of earrings, for hygienic reasons we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Proof of purchase

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Please note that your proof of purchase can be the original invoice or a bank statement.

Refunds

Online order refunds may only be processed by contacting Love My Beads  here. within 14 days of receiving your order.

Currency

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Fluctuations in the current exchange rate mean the conversion rate of prices can vary from day to day. A small currency conversion rate is also charged by many banks.

The final charge to your card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider.

GST & Taxes

All purchases delivered in Australia will incur the standard GST tax rates.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
